Your Dealership or Warehouse and/or Project can receive a deduction up to $1.80 per square foot for the total project, upon verification.  This program is for new construction as well as re-models.  The following are the tax deductions you can receive for a typical Dealership or Warehouse:

   Typical Dealership or Warehouse - 100,000 sq. ft. building x $1.80 deduction = $180,000.00

Energy Credit Service: Tax Deduction Help is available for Commertial Warehouses, Dealership and projects. Tax Deduction Service avalable as the following:

The cost associated is $.14 per square foot ($14,000.00). The fee is payable with a deposit of half down and the remainder upon receipt of your documentation from Energy Design Service Systems.  This service includes:

• Description of lighting  and Inspection Verified
• Actual foot candles and/or wattage verification
• Site Visits verification
• Verification of current lighting power density and Luminance IES standards
• Determination of EPAct 2005 qualify/non-qualifications
• Overall facility summary report with details
• Analysis of LPD against ASHRAE# 90.1 2001
• Reporting/Documentation To support EPAct 2005
• Sign off by Licensed PE and/or Supporting Licensed Engineer
• Completed EPAct 2005 Booklet and Filing procedures for your CPA/Controller
• Research for additional  local energy rebates
